2. How to set up Outlook Mobile App on Android

1. Launch the Outlook app on your mobile phone
2. If this is the first account to be set up, skip to step 3. If you have other accounts set up, then open the Menu > tap Settings > Add Account
3. An Add Account screen will appear. Enter your email address and select Add Account
   
4. If the automatic setup works, you will see the settings appear and you may go to step 5. If the automatic setup does not work, select Set Up Account Manually and then IMAP.
   
5. Complete the following fields:
   • Email address – type in your full email address (in lowercase)
   • Password – type your email password (forgotten passwords can be reset in konsoleH)
   • Display name – Your full name (e.g. John Smith)
   • Description – i.e. Work
   
6. Complete all Advanced Settings
   Note: Find your email settings by adding your email address in the Show Settings box at the top of this article.
   
   IMAP Incoming Mail Server
   • IMAP Incoming Mail Server – mail. followed by your domain name e.g. mail.example.com*
   • IMAP Username is the full email address
   • IMAP Password is the mailbox password
   
   SMTP Outgoing Mail Server
   • SMTP Outgoing Mail Server – smtp. followed by your domain name e.g. smtp.example.com*
   • SMTP Username is the full email address (same as IMAP)
   • SMTP Password is the mailbox password (same as IMAP)
   
7. Click on Sign In
8. The next screen will confirm that the email account has been added successfully.
9. If you would like to add another email account, select Let’s Do it! If not, select Maybe Later.
